Whether you are the ultimate Collector of precision, pens or an every day user that wants beauty, this is your pen! This pen was released for sale in 1998 and retired in 2001. If you compare many online places that still have this pen you will find used ones selling for $700 or better. I have always loved fine pens however as a user not a collector so I no longer have the original box. This pen was purchased from Colorado pen company in 1999. It has been gently used or kept one it stand just so I could enjoy looking at it! There are no nicks of any kind in the lacquer and you would need a jewelers loop to find any scratches in the 22 karat gold appointments. The pen is in excellent condition for a pre-loved and pre-owned pen. It has a new cross refill in it and comes with an additional refill. Even though I do not have the cross box I will ship this in a pen box for safety. Please ask any questions before purchase as I am unable to process returns at this time. Thank you.
