For your consideration, we are offering for sale this vintage circa 1935 Sheaffer Balance Pencil in the Jade celluloid color. This pencil is extremely clean and in fabulous condition.

This pencil cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, teeth marks, or repairs. The gold-filled trim is in beautiful, highly polished condition - just a slight wear on the edge of the ball on the clip and on the cap band - extremely minor but like to put it out. . There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. The pencil barrel is stamped on the opposite side of the clip with, \"SHEAFFER\'S MADE IN U.S.A. PAT\'D IN U.S.A.\" This Sheaffer Pencil measures 5 5/8\" in length.

The cap will twist and the lead will propel from the nose cone and turning the opposite way will retract the lead back inside. Even though the eraser is worn in the image, I found a new replacement and added it to the pencil.

The lead is 1.1mm type. There is one stick in the chamber of the pencil.

This Sheaffer Jade Pencil is the perfect complement to the fountain pen. These are tough to find in this vibrant Jade coloring. I would consider this Sheaffer Pencil to grade in Excellent to Excellent+ Condition.
