Golden Jubilee of the Belgian Air Force produced in 1996 to commemorate their 50th Anniversary 50th Anniversary of the Belgian Air Force - Air-to-Air refuelling - signed by Lt Gen Guido Vanhecke JS(CC)21c photographic artwork showing two Belgian Air Force F-16s being refuelled. The cover bears 16c Belgian stamp cancelled with Golden Jubilee of the Belgian Air Force Brussels handstamp cancelled on 15 October 1996. The cover has been flown in Lockheed F-16 of No 23 Squadron BAF.
The cover has been signed by Lt Gen Guido Vanhecke, Chief of Staff of the Belgian Air Force. Official special numbered and certified on reverse.
