Originated by Carl Kohler and drag-racing artist Pete Millar, it was published by Robert E. Petersen Publication Company as a quarterly starting in 1959

Condition: Not professionally Graded - Very Good - Piece missing from the front cover on the bottom, right side - The pictures are of the front, back and title page.
