VERY HARD TO FIND.
Cover and pages good condition considering it\'s age. Very very hard to find.
The dirty: Staples that bind it have surface rust. Back cover has two tear aways. Inner pages are no longer white - instead have turned brown from age. Centerfold is upside down - don\'t know if that is normal or not.
The good: All pages are present and not torn or folded or wrinkled or written on or loose. Has never been wet. Non smoking. No bad odors (typical old book slight smell - typical). Found this stored in a plastic bag, but not sealed. News stand issue (no mailing stickers).
