This original political cartoon drawing from 1928 portrays a humorous take on prohibition. The drawing depicts a minister in tails smashing a huge liquor bottle to smithereens.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Carl \"Mort\" Mortison (1895-1960) was an American newspaper editorial cartoonist. His work was featured in the Waterbury Connecticut Republican-American newspaper for almost 50 years. He is listed in Who Was Who in American Art.
