Thank you for visiting!
Bisbee Minerals®Fine minerals and mining artifacts from Bisbee and around the worldPlease mark us as a favorite seller to receive instant listing notifications!FREE US SHIPPING!About this item(s): Huge!!! Bisbee campbellite specimen or rough. Excellent cabbing / profit potential, considering campbellite cabs can go for hundreds of dollars each. This specimen is LOADED with copper, set against a nice white calcite matrix. Note minor, old red wax on one end of the specimen. This was the way we found it and it can be easily removed. Weight: About 1,220g. Size: About 4.75\" x 3.75\" x 1.4\" - varying.
Origin: Campbell Mine, Warren / Bisbee, Arizona. Miner\'s estate lot, 1970\'s.Slab Cab and Rough Warranty: Please note that all slabs, rough and cabs can have unforeseen or undetectable weaknesses including hidden cracks and soft / weak areas. Some cabs may not be symmetrical and may have uneven surfaces. Edges and corners can also have hidden weaknesses and often produce crumbs or small fractures while shipping or handling. There is no way to test slabs or rough without attempting to break the specimens with applied pressure. We strongly suggest stabilizing or backing any slabs or rough that could potentially break during lapidary work. There are no refunds in the event of breakage due to handing or lapidary work after you receive the material. Disclaimer: Please read before buying or offerding.
We strive to describe each specimen as accurately as possible. In some instances, especially with third party or estate items, the original labeling may be missing, inaccurate or items may be altered without our knowledge. We encourage buyers to consult an expert before buying minerals of an unknown type to verify accuracy. Some specimens, cabs and slabs may be quite fragile or have small imperfections like chips, stains, saw marks, dirt, discolorations or scratches. Hard to detect imperfections such as micro or hidden cracks may exist and in some rare instances specimens may be damaged during transit or unforeseeable faults discovered during cleaning or lapidary work. We do not warranty cabs, slabs or specimens against breakage or damage beyond delivery, including breakage during handling, cleaning, or lapidary work. As it is with raw cabbing minerals, we do not guarantee the interior of specimens will reflect the exterior appearance. We do not stabilize or alter specimens without notifying the buyer. However, it’s possible some third party specimens could be stabilized, repaired or altered without our knowledge. In some instances, stabilization or alteration processes may be very difficult to detect without damaging the specimen(s) for testing purposes. In the event of a stabilization or alteration issue, we will be happy to fully refund or replace your purchase. Some specimens may be seen wet or damp to show polishing potential and such specimens may appear dull when received. Some specimens may have old tag glue or other mounting residue on them. Some specimens are seen propped up and may not sit naturally in such positions without mounting supports or stands. Some specimens may have the original mounting glue or foam on the reverse sides. Large, bulk listings are not professionally inspected or individually tested and are always sold “as is.” Bulk purchases are tightly packed together. Some minor chipping or flaking is likely. Please contact us in advance of any purchase to confirm quality and specifics of individual specimens contained in bulk quantities. Although we use a color calibrated monitor and natural daylight for pictures, color and contrast of received specimens may vary due to differences in color monitors and lighting. As always, we will be happy to fully refund any purchase you are not happy with, but please contact us first before filing a claim as honest mistakes are possible with minerals. Thank you!Origin of Minerals: We do our best to accurately list the discovery location of our minerals. However, many of our specimens are acquired in large collections and some could be marked incorrectly beyond our knowledge.Specimen Odors: Some specimens, especially estate items, may have unusual odors due to long term storage with other minerals. This includes minerals stored with stabilized or “cut” specimens, which may exhibit the same odors of stabilization chemicals or cutting oils. In most instances, the specimens will eventually lose these odors. Keywords: We often use \"keywords\" to assist buyers with finding our items during searches. Words related to the item(s) like \"jewelry\" are often used in the description although the item is not finished jewelry, but it could be used for jewelry. Please contact us with any questions regarding keywords before offerding or buying.Shipping Delays: Most items are shipped within 1-3 days.
