Most of these were extracted from a \"Laserdisc\" catalog (this format was invented by Pioneer Electronics Japan in a 12\" disc format with a higher resolution than VHS tapes. They never became the big seller of the present-day DVD). To attract more attention these brochures / ads were printed in a higher resolution that displayed much more detail than other ads. To also draw more attention the colors were more vibrant and the artwork was different for the films being promoted. For that reason, it\'s something that collectors, interior decorators, artists and many others desire these ads and why they won\'t be around very long.
