Description

Stories and art by Otto Binder and others. High-tech, bullet-shaped helmets allow Jim and Susan to become the soaring superheroes Bulletman and Bulletgirl. The Bullet's face the return of Professor D, "whose study and intense nervous concentration have given his small body the secret of tremendous strength." In other words, "nerd" is his superpower. Bulletman and Bulletdog learn about the US Army Dog Corps, as well as their enemy Agent K-9, who uses innocent dogs as agents of sabotage. Plus an early Smokey the Bear PSA, featuring his original slogan, "Smokey Says – Care Will Prevent 9 out of 10 Forest Fires."
