Brochure, SEAVER\'S / McKenzie / GATEWAY / AUTO CAMP, \"The Big White Camp on the Willamette river ...\". W.J. Seaver,proprietor and owner, Eugene, Springfield area, Oregon, ca1924. One fold brochure promoting \"EUGENE\'S FINEST AUTO CAMP\", with room for 350 cars, 25 cabins, etc. W.J. Seaver cam to the Eugene area in 1913, became successful business owner & developed the auto court in 1924. Information abaout this auto camp (long since gone) is available in \"History of the Willamette Valley OREGON\", Vol 11, 1927. The brochure measures 6 1/8\" x 3 1/4\". It has light wear at edges, corners and each page; small tear at bottom edge; signs of having been removed from album visible on back page. Domestic buyer pays $4.13 S&H.
