This is a Lot of 2 Overall Very Good Condition ULTRA RARE (These are the ONLY ones for sale in the World at time of first listing)Brigham Young Grandson Dr. Nelson Adam Young Check Signature + Office Form. I thought this would be of particular interest to a Mormon, but any collector of notable signatures might also want these. Dr Young was the 6th child of Alonzo Free Young and Mary Ann Richards, Alonzo being the 7th child of Brigham Young and Emmeline Free, his 11th wife. Dr. Young was the family physician of my Grandparents from the early thirties until the early 1960s. He was the physician who delivered my Mother, her older and younger brothers, me, and my younger brother and sister, and the items here were in possession of my Grandmother until she passed in 2005. I can supply a letter of provenance signed by me and my Mother if you desire. Dr. Young served voluntarily with the Army Medical Corp in the Korean War, but was exempt from WWII service. I am selling these items in two lots, and will send the prescription form written by the Doctor 3/31/1936 along with one of the checks to the first buyer, unless you request the payment receipt written by M Patten on 8/15/1939 instead. The last picture is from a scan of an official LDS Church genealogy document produced in 1940 listing all of Brigham Young\'s children and grandchildren and showing all the children and grandchildren of Domestic Expertly Packed, Insured, Expedited Shipping. Shipping weight about 6 ounces, most of which is protective packaging.

Please check with your local post office BEFORE buying or offerding so you don\'t get any unwelcome surprises. International First Class is the least expensive, but also is the least dependable.
