You are buying a fabric remnant. See photos enlarged for details as they are part of the description and condition listed above. This stored rolled on the bolt but I rolled it off to measure and ship. One edge of selvage was resting on the carpet with edge wear and lint. Some loose end frays from cutting.

I am not super familiar with fabrics so please feel free to ask questions that I can try and address. I did not include the selvage area in the measurements and measured to the smallest area. There should be much more than less. Definitelywent on the lower side with my measurements.
