Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

They're asked to fill in for a freedom fighting group called the Black Ravens and help re-establish the rightful government of Saturn. And: "Invasion of the Rock Creatures" - When a South American village is menaced by creatures made of rock, the Blackhawks get a call for help. Also: 1-page text story "Moment of Decision"! Plus: 2-page reprint filler "The Deadly Dingo" illustrated by Nick Cardy! 32 pages, full color.
