Here\'s an odd couple of books for ya, both signed by the artist. An over-ambitious self-published \"vanity\" project launched in the wake of Watchmen\'s success that was ABANDONED by Sienkiewicz and was supposed to be finished by Al Columbia, whose work I never liked...(His buddy Mike Flood told me he had an abusive father which may account for why his work is so bleak, constipated, evil and lacking in oxygen). After struggling (and failing) in my own attempt to actually READ these books, no one can blame him for taking the money and running since this Hindenburg of a project has ZERO narrative thrust and very little to recommend it for anyone who doesn\'t live in or frequent Moore\'s hometown...Also, it needs to be said, absolutely NO ONE else would EVER publish this self-indulgent crap since it exemplifies what the late Rick Mayall from \"The Young Ones\" used to call \"BO-WING\" !!! However, with all that being said, it STILL holds together better than \"Brightest Day\"...
