Blade had a severely broken tip and was additionally shortened 0.20" for both clearance and repair.

Locking surfaces reground for clearance.

Custom liner plates.

Custom pivot and axis lock bar, spacers shimmed with 0.2mm washers, scales sit 0.4mm further apart to accommodate for the wider Taggedout blade.

Blade etched with 40% Ferric Chloride.

This knife is by no means perfect and uses many mismatched and aftermarket parts, but does succeed in saving and reusing the Taggedout blade.
