Quarter-plate daguerreotype of a family group, with wonderful original tinting. Housed in a very nice
thermoplastic (5\"x 4\" when closed). Daguerreotype has its original seals still intact. The underside of the glass is alittle dirty, but it looks great in
person and I can see no condition issues on the image itself. The case is in very good or better antique condition
overall.. I do not see any chips or cracks, though there is some mostly light velvet loss on the pad. Boxed & insured Priority Mail.
