Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage cover detached from one staple it has some foxing or perhaps flaking at the edges of the cover moisture spotting it is a bit dirty dusty or musty as to be expected by an item that's more than 50 years old it is misssing part of one page( but doesn't impact the story) and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
