Ben and Jerry, (Ben Cohen and JerryGreenfield) founders of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and two of the mostfamous people in the World, as a result of their many planet-friendlyendeavors, are BOTH pictured as Seniors in this book.They truly werelifelong friends who started their business in Burlington, Vermont andsaw it grow into a Worldwide brand. What makes this yearbook sospecial is that they each have wonderful posed individual head photos as Seniors (see scans), and Ben was the layout Editor of the yearbook(see scan), so this yearbook was actually pieced together by Ben!!Inaddition to their posed head photos, Ben appears in a great candid(which amazingly shows up on Jerry's Senior page) (see scan).Jerrywas President of the Interact Club (a school service club) and a scanof that photo is also shown.The book itself is in excellent overall condition. The cover and binding are excellent. The pages are ingreat shape. There are many, many inscriptions and signings, some ofwhich spill over onto photos (however, none are on or near Ben andJerry's photos).This is a treasure, so buy this, sit down with yourChubby Hubby (or Hubby Hubby), be careful not to drip any ice cream asyou look over this wonderful yearbook.
