BACCARAT Like Egg on a pedestal Paperweight Deco object, tall heavy fine, unique, egg on pedestal, great stem work, late 50's, early 60's piece.Unique design, works well as a paperweight or a decorative item of beauty, in a window sunrise, sunset it throws off great prisms, rainbows, etc..
No chips, cracks, damage, repairs, as it came from sale in early 70's in Cincinnati Ohio, Hyde Park mansion of old money merchantswe bought 5-6 pieces of Baccarat, several pieces of Moser, Faberge too!
Measures: 7.5" tall, egg is 3.25 across/around, stem work to a 4 X 3.5" ribbed base, heavy about 3 pounds easy!
Gorgeous, well done beautiful Art Glass by a great French Company, have box somewhere in storage looking,been there since we moved into this house 1990's! If we find and you bought, we'd of course send later.
Object had Baccarat 60's on the tag, & a box w/o foam so we can't confirm who made it, it is perfect & beautiful.
