Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

Cover pencils by John Buscema, inks by George Roussos. The Black Widow and Hercules guest appear in \"Let Sleeping Dragons Lie!\", script by Roy Thomas, pencils by John Buscema, inks by George Roussos (as George Bell); Hank Pym has gained possession of the android Dragon Man, who was rendered inert since his last fight with the Fantastic Four; As soon as Pym gets the android in his lab, however, Diablo appears, reactivating the android; Dragon Man conquers the Avengers and takes Goliath and the Wasp captive; Mr. Fantastic and the Human Torch (of the Fantastic Four) cameos. 36 pgs., full color. $0.12.
