This is a mid grade item. It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor defects or one or two moderate defects.

The Avengers\' titanic tussle with Arsenal (in Avengers Annual 9) is over. And now the team is getting back to normal and re-establishing the government-mandated seven person roster. But Clint Barton is not on that roster, so the Avengers\' former ace archer must find another job. Hawkeye receives a nice lead from Jarvis and lands a security position with Cross Enterprises! However trouble isn\'t too far behind, and just a few days later Hawkeye gets to strut his stuff vs. the Shi\'ar warrior...Deathbird! Cameo appearances by Peter Gyrich and Jocasta.
