Strikingoriginalartist's 1949 pen and ink commercial art drawing of the Peugeot 203 engine valve mechanism; Paris Salon is written on the stamp. Beautifully detailed and professional illustration with added blue highlighting, and with the Autocar editorial stamp. Published twice in the Autocar;14th October, 1949 edition, page 1131, and again on 26th October, 1951, page 1334.
On translucent detail paper. Detail paper is a cross between cartridge and tracing paper. Some creasing, marks and discolouration.
