Please note the photos. This is very old and one of a kind. I couldn\'t find another like it. This ribbon is framed in a shallow shadowbox type of wooden folk art frame with silk cloth corners. The frame does have some issues such as wood chips, nicks, paint wear, etc. Please use the zoom function on the pictures. The words were translated to \"Ladies Help Committee\". I\'m not sure if this was from WW1 or earlier. I couldn\'t find anything related to this committee using a Google search. Regardless, it was important to someone to have it framed so nicely. The ribbon measures approx. 4.5\" in length. The frame measures 12\" x 8.5\". I didn\'t open the back, I didn\'t want to disturb anything. This is quite rare and historical.
