Special Orders Number 49 to APO 658. This is an original restricted document during World War Two. Saying 'the following enlisted men are promoted to grade indicated'. By order of Colonel Pappas and Henry J. Majka 1st Lieutenant , MAC Adjutant. It specifies the promotion of 17 men.
