This piece has some issues and is being offered as such at a reduced price. FIrst, it needs a good polishing so the cast parts and the candle cups look more alike. Depending on the position of the arms of the piece, it may not always have all 6 'feet' on the tabletop, but will still be stable, usually. I don't know if someone took it apart at some point and reassembled it moving the parts around or what. Some wax residue. Check pics and enlarge as they are part of the description.
