This was a high end thumbnail, but the thumbnail box was a bit shaky, so I relocated the specimen in a different acryllic box. A very nice double terminated blocky and green Apophyllite crystal, with a smaller side crystal in the same style. The color is a wonderful mint green, and shows some color zoning. The specimen is much better in person, the photo\'s mute the internal glow a little bit, it\'s much more \"neon\" when viewed in person, and impressive for it\'s color and composition, even in relatively common species like Apophyllite, this one still stands out. It\'s great for the species, and the unusual formation makes it look much larger than it actually is, with a great \"presence\" and aesthetics, which is excellent for a thumbnail. It was part of a serious mineral collection from a Wisconsin collector, and retains the collectors written label. The specimen is 3/8 oz, or 11 grams in weight. The size is 1 inch x 0.7 inch x 0.5 inch.
