This offering is for an antique daguerreotype photograph of a very poised woman. The image features the lady in a seated view, arms crossed wearing a shawl and cap. The original half case and mat are in place. The image is a sixth plate in size measuring app. 2 3/4\" by 3 1/4\". The image has very good focus and soft contrast. The seals are missing and there is some tarnish visible at the edges of mat opening. The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 7.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
