Beautiful antique to vintage French Empire Revival style 4 3/8\" tall picture frame in dore gilt bronze or ormolu with a lovely cobalt blue \'enamel\' style celluloid mat! We have quite a few of these wonderful old French Empire style picture frames, some need a bit of work, some ready to go and we\'ll be working on them in the weeks ahead. This one gorgeous as it is, the contrast of the gilt bronze and natural wood mat is superb.
Very good to excellent condition. A hang ring and easel stand on the back depending on how yow want to display it. There is small visible flash chip to the glass (at about the 5:30 o\'clock position in the images. See pictures for all measurements.

Our shipping days are Tuesday and Friday, paid items will be shipped on the first shipping day after payment is received (except when special circumstances exist). We prefer to use USPS whenever possible, and require all packages to be insured. If you prefer another method of shipment, please mention it. We charge only actual expense of shipment/insurance, except in the case of larger items which must have special wood crates built. Wood crate charge, when applicable, is a flat $35.00 in addition to actual postage & insurance charges.
