The corkscrew is marked on the top Made in France , Beaulieu Vineyard Rutherford, Cal.
To use you insert the bladed worm into the cork, turn the upper handle clockwise, then to pull the cork you twist the three sided fly nut clockwise, which raises the cork from the bottle.
