DESCRIPTION:

SELLING CHEAP FOR A QUICK SALE

Antique Strainer 1800's Copper Tin Lined Primitive RARE Colander Large Hang Ring

9 13/16" x 9 13/16" x 2 1/2"

Got this at an estate sale and was told by the appraiser he believed it is a ONE OF A KIND mainly because of the randomness of the holes, no pattern. BUT (there is always a but) then he said the seam is almost non existent, (I can not even find the seam) So he believes the maker is a professional/master copper worker. So then why the random holes?

I can tell you I search for almost 1 1/2 hours and used EVERY "search by image" search engine I could find. Plus I did some good old fashion searches.

This could be worth $500.00 or more compared to some I came across in my searches. Heck just check out some of the expensive ones on
alone.
