Antique brown graniteware, enamel over cast iron horse head spoon rest. Unmarked but made by the Prizer Stove Co. as a premium back in the 1920-1930\'s. An example similar to this piece is shown in one of Helen Greguire\'s Granite Ware books. This spoon rest is overall in what I\'d call excellent condition with very little signs of use. The finish is sleek and shiny. See closeups and photos. Rare color.
