Antique German commemorative bronze relief medallion, mounted on a natural stone base, interesting colors, probably a stone indigenous to Germany, asymmetrical shape, the top is polished, the sides are rough, rough, the plaque says Dusseldorf 1902, which refers to the large International Trade Fair that was held there, the plaque features a worker holding a mining tool, with a young female figure, and a smaller allegorical figure with laurel wreath, symbolizing victory, Art Nouveau in feel, measuring 3\" x 6\" overall, good condition, previously owned, from a local estate.Email with questions. Our physical brick & mortar gallery located in Royal Oak, Michigan, for over 30 years, is closed on Sundays & Mondays. Any payments received for orders on those days will be processed on the following Tuesday afternoon. Our regular brick and mortar store hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 12 noon to 6pm. We pack and ship paid items on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday afternoons.
