This is a beautiful piece and and last of the lot. I had two but prior one sold and is extremely rare. It is authenticated and comes with COA. A legit signature and this is the real deal. As for the picture, I would guess a reproduction of the original, but also not sure. This is rare, picture alone is cool, but signed by the ex president is something special. Yale university history at its best. Not sure who the other people are, but a neat collector piece for any political or presidential collector. Frame is 23.5 x 27. Picture itself is likely around 11 x 14-15. Hard to tell with it being framed and don’t want to ruin the quality. The frame has a little damage. However, not bad and easily fixed or hidden. I was going to do it but would rather let buyer fix due to the importance of the picture and didn’t want to change anything. Feel free to ask any questions!
