Gorgeous Antique Fostoria Creamer Dish in Sylvan Pattern with Gold Trim (Pattern No. 1119) Very unique and rare find! I have searched for another one for quite a while now, and have been unable to find one exactly like this one. The other one I found in this pattern, did not have the gold trim. This item was produced between 1902 and 1906, making it well over 100 years old! It is in great condition for its age. Has one small chip on the base, which I have illustrated in the pictures. The gold trim is worn, consistent with its age as well. The Sylvan pattern consists of large diamonds with smaller diamonds inside of the large ones. The top edge is like a saw-tooth pattern. The Sylvan pattern is also known as "English Hobnail Variant".
