This listing is for an elegant, ornate porcelain vase. I have only ever seen one other, and it was described as being made in England in the 1800s. This came from the estate of a local collector who had many fine antiques from Europe and Asia. The exquisite decorations include applied floral designs, hand-painted colors, and extensive gold gilt paint.
Measurements: 8.5\" tall, 6.5\" wide at widest, and 3.5\" deep. These measurements are all at the rim. The base is around 3.5\" by 3\". Weighs 1 pound 3 ounces.
Condition: Excellent antique condition. There are some ideas of faded paint as expected for something this age. A sharp-eyed viewer pointed out that it looks like one porcelain \"petal\" is missing from the front rim. Honestly I had not noticed this. If there was one there, it came off a a long time ago.
