This is anAntique BRC \"Alice\" Porcelain Chocolate Pot in a Floral Daisy pattern with gold accents, made by Bauer Rosenthal in Germany and datingthe 1897-1902 period. The chocolate pot has an elegant elongated form with a curved bowl and coordinating lid and features a floral daisy and wildflower pattern in shades of pink, yellow, green, white and brown with gilded accents. The tea or chocolate pot measures approximately 11\" in diameter x 9.75\" tall at its highest point and is in good vintage pre-owned condition with no cracks, stains, crazing, dents or utensil marks. There are two small chips on the top scalloped edge of the pot where the lid sits, but arehardly noticeable and do not detract from the overall aesthetic. There is also wear to the gilding on the handle and lid pull commensurate with the age of the piece. Please see pictures for details.
