Antique Art Deco Swivel Wood Picture Frame With Silver Gilt Carved Moulding.

This beautiful art deco photo frame is hand-carved of wood that has a silver/gray gilt, and swivels on a freestanding base. It includes a photographic portrait of a well coiffed mystery woman in the early 1900’s in a range of beautiful sepia-colored tones.

Frame is estimated to be from 1920s and is still in very good condition considering it’s age. No damage to glass and only minor scuffs on wood commensurate with age and use. Cardboard backing is held in place by old bails and some signs of paint wearing off around edges (but this can’t be seen from front). Measures approx 12” x 11”
