Wild shape even mimics the B2 bomber shape (I'm sure coincidence), definitely a good bird effigy both sides one even with beak and tail. Nice use of the quartz vain for the birds neck like it has a necklace lol.
Far as use, I see it being used as a throwing star to hit birds, they loved to illustrate their use into the effigy of the stone (ex: Throwing star to hit and injure a bird and stone look like bird). Could also have been used as a draw knife / spokeshave to shape arrows for birds. OR it's simply a bird effigy and that's that, but I've rarely seen them keep it simple.
