It was then produced in Germany and it was produced with the name Catalin in USA at 1920's. Real formula of this material is lost After World War II. Amber Bakelite is continues to be produced with a formula close to the old formula in small quantities in small workshops in Turkey, middle eastern countries and some European countries todays. For this reason this material is rare and valuable. It is known as Faturan in Middle Eastern and Asian countries.
