WonderfulVintage Handmade Sterling Silver Overlay Pendant Pin Combo by Hopi Silversmith AldeQumyintewa (1950-2004). The Overlay work features a large Corn Stalk in thecenter flanked by a Hopi Kachina on the left and Traditional Hopi Design on theright. Stamped Hallmarks on the back include the word Sterling, The Hopi GuildSunface and Alde Qumyintewa’s Bear Paw Stamp (note most of the paw has worn offwith the exception of the 4 Claws (see photos). The Pendant comes with aquality 18” long Round & Oval Linked Sterling Silver Chain, as it can beworn as a Pin or Pendant Necklace. The Large Pendant is 1 13/16” in Diameterand has a 4mm Bail. The total weight is 23.18 grams. The piece is in nicepre-owned condition with age appropriate light wear (as seen in photos).
