Vintage Adams and Westlake Reliable Railroad Lantern Frame. This was Adlake's last regular production "tall globe" style railroad lantern. Patent date 1913, three part lid, meaning this was likely manufactured in the early 1920s. No specific railroad initials or markings. Frame is straight, bail is straight, and lantern retains much of it's original tinning. Includes correct spring loaded globe retainer. Bail locks are intact and function as described. Bail is straight. Hole was drilled in bottom of fuel pot holder at some point. (This is sometimes done when someone uses a lantern to make a lamp) . Please see all pictures for detail!!!!
