pretty sure i got the typology correct my reason for saying its authentic are simple its old has a nice Gloss Patina typically found in points found in streams or near the shores the natural occurance of small particles and other small rocks floating past and tumbling creates a glossed patina which seems to stand out the most here any questions please ask.
