This is a 1938 vintage Gillette Aristocrat double edge safety razor set #15, Made in England, but sold in Canada. TTO works well.
Beautiful Rhodium plated over brass with only extremely minor scratches/scuffs (see pics).
Brit.Pat.No 400.621 on the base plate and Brit.Pat.No 430030 on the handle.
Case is in excellent condition with minor scuffs and blemishes as shown in pics. The case closes fully and the spring is firm. The blade bank is integral to the case and contains five period Gillette blades, one of which is open and shows the date code L3, indicating it was made in 1941.
