Condition:This comic displays beautifully and has been non-professionally graded as an unrestored 5.0/VG/FN:NICE COVER GLOSS;COVERAND PAGES ARE TIGHT AND SECURE;EXCELLENT SPINE; SECURE, CLEAN STAPLES;COMPLETECOPY; NO MISSING PAGES;PAGES WITH VERY NICE COLORS,LIGHT TAN TO OFF-WHITE.I am the 2nd ownerof this comic (passed down to me by Uncle George) and haveread it a few times over the years then bagged, boarded and store. Like most comics of this age, there is some slight wear and staining of front and back cover, (See pics) but otherwise in great condition.

Though I have been collecting comics for over 50 years and inherited part of my earlier comics collection Uncle George, that pre-date my arrival on this planet, I am not a professional grader. Please note that any deficiency tbat is not specifically described or pictured as being part of this sale listing, is may be a simple unintentional oversight, and not a justification for the return of the comic. Most of my comics are quite old and cannot handle the stress of being shipped back and forth across the country as a ‘return” so I consider ALL sales as final. Other than some glaring mishandling of the package by the postal service, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I ship my comics in protected boxes and have never had a comic damaged via post. RETURN POLICY: Returns are not automatic. On the rare occasion that I do accept a return. I offer a 30 day return policy under VERY certain circumstances as stated above and at the Seller\'s sole discretion. The original shipping charges are not refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee.The item(s) will need to be returned in the original condition they were shipped out in. If you are a diligent buyer ad have specific concerns or peeves about your collectables then you should ask questions and request photos and I will send as many pics and give you as much history on the comic as you desire. I want my comics going to good homes and want my buyers to be satisfied with their investment, but I don’t want to send time and money on overly-finicky buyer hung up on subjective generalizations like “the comic showing to much age” or “staple are a bit too loose”. It’s either attached or it isn’t. If you are one of these buyer please do not purchase. Comics are supposed to be fun.

SHIPPING POLICIES:I use PayPal Click \'n Ship so the delivery confirmation number is automatically emailed to you as well as stored on when i print up the shipping label. As per and PayPal rules I will ship to the address on the PayPal payment.No exceptions. On average most packages are shipped out within 1 or 2 business days of payment being received. Please keep in mind I have no control over the Post Office and live In a rural islands local, so the final delivery time depends upon them.Domestic combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.

GRADING POLICY:Please keep in mind that grading is a matter of opinion and not an exact science. As you can see from my response the vast majority of buyers are happy with handing and grading of comics. However, if you are unfamiliar with how I grade (or just overly picky) you should always ask questions before purchase. I do not accept returns just because you feel the item is in VF condition and I graded it as VF+. I strive to be as accurate as possible but can\'t please everyone.

COMMUNICATION: If there is a problem with your order always email me first before leaving response or opening a dispute. It is never my intent to misrepresent my comics or cheat anyone, so if you don\'t make me aware of the problem I can\'t fix it.Also keep in mind I am small operation, selling my personal collection, to other collectors and do not price my comics for resale.
