Why walk-ins sales, Flea market sales, direct sales consignment shops, we reorder these has they are sold. There are no bad knives we just can\'t keep up with changing the pictures. , we sell on and 3 other outlets. With over 7,000 knives here it is next to impossible for us to keep updating pictures. See the last 2 pictures they are the two we just got. All of these knives look like each other with minor / slight differences in the stag handles, you would want any of what we have. These are Anza\'s best ELK handle knife and blade the issue is how long will they make these, we\'ve already sold about 26 knives in all and now have 6 in stock.ANZA HORSE-SHOE FILE, FULL ELK HANDLE with a 4\" Long Handle ,4\" Diameter, Model # (475) JWK-3, ANZA is also calling these **DIAMONDBACK FULL ELK** these have over-sized Elk Handles, plus look at the amount of natural stag / elk on them. Weight 6.0oz. (1/23/24- 6.6oz. 8.8oz. w/sh.) is its wieght 8.1oz. with sheath. I just put in the weight of 1 knife we got today the other weight is one of the other knives. WE HAVE ALREADY SOLD MANY OF THESE KNIVES, ANZA CUSTOM / DRESS KNIVES / FULL ELK HANDLES HORSESHOE FILE TWO SIDED BLADE A 7.75\"-8\" BEAUTIFUL ELK BOWIE KNIFE. THIS WAS COMPLETELY HAND-MADE AND THERE ARE ONLY 300-500 IN THE WORLD AND NOT ONE OF THEM LOOKS THE SAME CLOSE BUT, SO YOU WILL OWN A ONE-OF A -KIND KNIFE. This Horseshoe File knife is one of ANZA best knives, one reason is the High Carbon file steel used. Plus being two sided also, and you will see different dealers calling these by different names. Rasp File is one more we see allot.The size of the Elk Handle its 4\" Long plus having a 3.70 to 3.80\"\" Diameter which is huge in todays cutlery market. Plus being made Full Tang Construction its a fact the strongest knives made are made this way. It comes with a hand-made Vertical Genuine Cowhide Leather Sheath. Model # (475) JWK-3. On 5/29/23 we put new pictures in this listing, there are 3 different knives in them than my son said why not put two pictures of the best knife we have because so many people do not believe us when we say we just pull one take the pic\'s and put it back. He had a point so now you see. Its now the beginning of 2024 and Anza as not made another ELK handle knife, we have all of the Elk handle knives they made in 2023 or have sold-out. Besides this elk handle knife right now there are about 5 or 6 others total. Wood, Micarta, and Bone is all Anza is making for now.DK-HORSESHOE FILE-FULL ELK BIG BOWIE!This entire knife has some kind of Artwork Work that the designer applied while making it, from the Gorgeous Full Elk Handle shaped and smoothed all by hand and Finger Grooves in the front and Tooling on the spine for total control of this handle (safety) and looks. It is Full Tang Construction making it as strong as a knife can be made, and even the full tang metal has file work on the top and bottom and not one edge to feel, perfect craftsmanship. I believe these have by far the largest ELK Handles I have ever seen / sold. This handle is 4\"+ long and super wide / thick 3.90\" Dia. so anyone can work with it. We have already sold 15 of these in the last 60 days, and will list them 1 at a time, or at least try to so you get what you see. Really,I\'d be happy with any of the knives we have in this listing, they all look like these. you can see both sides of each knife, and both are fantastic, please ask questions these aren\'t your everyday knife they are custom hand made very low quantity knives. Say you only want to buy 1 knife in your lifetime you are looking at one that will do just that. On 11/29/23 we got 3 more of these FULL ELK HANDLE KNIVES but with a #46 Cross Draw Sheath. Same knife same everything except the sheath the cost is still the same .Many of the Elk handle knives are done, we can not get / replace them. For now Anza has gone with many wood types, Walnut is a big one, we are still listing some and found that 1 is already done a 9 3/4\" #852W The Blade is Horseshoe File-Steel, notice each side has a different design, also know as HIGH Carbon Steel a very strong alloy known for its tuff-ness it has been Heat-Treated , 1515c* - 1434c* Annealed has a great Durability and Good Edge Retention, the closest alloy to this would be 1085 or 1095 carbon steel, trying to keep alloys you are familiar with, 1085 is stronger than 1095 but 1095 does have a better edge retention slightly, the point being 1085 Carbon Steel is a very strong alloy that will last and hold a great edge it will need to be oiled which all knives should. We went one step future and found mostly all of the knife manufactures today use 1085 carbon steel on the very best knives and I\'ve been selling knives for 41 years and was not aware of this, it is always great to learn. We have been bringing in more and more of the ANZA Knives we have 92 now in stock, and have 56 that we can no longer get. (WHY)- being made in the U.S.A. and each is Hand-Made with U.S. Material, and each is a Custom Limited-Edition knife, Anza only makes from 1 to 500 of each knife. We just listed our first ONE-OF-A-KIND-KNIFE. If you want to see it the model # is (One of a kind). Many of the companies we have been buying from continue to run out of material making us look bad like we can\'t keep our inventory up.
