Circa 1860\'s \'Star and Punty\' pattern whale oil/fluid burning lamp. Lamp has a pressed hexagonal stem or standard and base or foot and exhibits a wafer construction. Lamp is 9 1/4\" tall to the fine line #1 brass collar with a 3 5/8\" base diameter. Overall excellent condition with no cracks or chips has the usual bubbles, straw marks and base wear. Roughness and nicks to some of the corners and edges of the base. Scratching on the shoulder by the brass collar. Please look at all photos as they are part of the description. Buyer pays P/S/I. Insurance for up to $50 is included in the shipping price for US buyers only. I will combine shipping on multiple items won. All glass or fragile items are double boxed for safe travel which may increase the shipping cost, so please check the shipping calculator before offerding.
