Hello collectors and animation fanatics! What you see here is an authentic animation cell of a Warner Bros. Famous cartoon in the 90s, Animaniacs. More specifically PINKY, ELMYRA AND THE BRAIN.

This cel is numbered 171 out of 250 and it is a limited edition piece.

On the back of the frame, the certificate of authenticity from Warner Bros. animation art is provided with the information of the cell, the certificate number and the authorized signature by the vice president and creative Director of Warner Bros. studio at the time.

Now onto the good stuff, the CONDITION

I HAVE IT LISTED AS USED, BECAUSE OF THE CONDITION OF THE FRAME , THE ANIMATION ITSELF, AND THE INTEGRITY OF IT ALL IS IN PERFECT CONDITION.

The condition of the frame does not alter or decrease the value of the animation cel according to numerous appraisers that I have spoken to. The frame can be changed as long as the integrity of the cell is intact.

The animation cel itself is in absolute, pristine and perfect condition.

The frame itself has seen better days. If you look at the photos, there are scuff marks and scratches and signs of wear.

The protective glass of the frame has hairline scuffs as well.

The certificate of authenticity has been taped on the back, but the Warner Bros. logo and stamp is raised, therefore making this authentic.

According to my appraiser, this is an original frame that was provided by Warner Brothers Studios, as it does have a professionally black lined artist tape securing the cell and backboard along with a thick wire that has been screwed on two hinges one on each side of the frame to hang.
