Up for sale is a beautifully detailed vintage heavy solid pewter limited edition sculpture entitled "Bear Meet" depicting a hunter / trapper with long hair & beard, wearing a cap with feathers, holding his shotgun / rifle while making a quick escape on his saddled & reined horse with several animal pelts, down a rocky mountain side like landscape with gnarled tree limbs & branches, after startling a large angry bear by Chilmark Pewter & sculptor Star Liana York.*The wood base has some areas that have tiny scratches & scuffs, please see all pics.*The sculpture measures 7 1/2" tall 8 1/2" wide and 6 1/2" deep and weighs over 6 1/2 lbs. The back of the sculpture has the trademark Chilmark seal and is stamped "1984 S.L.
