Planet resources was spent on that object and would be a waste if it could be fixed or repurposed but just tossed aside in the trash. I also save boxes and packing (provided they are clean and healthy) to ship things. I only use packing and boxes sent to me so I have history on it. Any way...every little bit can help. Thank you for considering my little store front. If you are visiting my store and buy multiple things, I can save you shipping cost by combining your items into one box or fewer boxes. Just leave them in your shopping cart and message me to send invoice. I will reduce shipping down to actual shipping cost. Should be much cheaper for you. All my sales are what you actually see in pictures. You always get exactly what your offerding on. I will also describe the item as best as possible. If I make a mistake in representation of the item or item's, I will gladly refund and pay for shipping back. I believe that is a fair practice. I will have your back. Now that being said..and I only say this so that we are all on the same page. If you buy something and you do not like it because it does not fit or it does not look good on you or your other half does not like it. Maybe you do not like the color. These are the type of things I have no control over. These are your decisions and choices. Therefore to be fare I think its reasonable for buyer to pay for shipping back. I will still refund your money... Provided' ...it comes back as you received it. No open product packages or anything of the sort. No damage please. I just want to be upfront about policy with you. I do not usually have any issues. Sometimes things happen and I just want to be upfront on policy so there are no issues. Shipping...I will never send an envelope or package that is not tracked by a professional delivery service..UPS or USPS or Fed-Ex ..etc... For example; If you buy a coin. I will not send it in the mail in just a plain envelope. Once item has been received by said professional shipping service it is out of my hands. I use mostly USPS and they have insurance for most things up to an amount. You can always request extra insurance if you need it at an extra shipping charge. These things do not happen often but they do happen for various reasons out of my control. I do what I can to facilitate the delivery to you. If you get a damaged package please take of photo of the package damage before you open it. Include the damage with the shipping label clear pic if you can. Also take pictures of damaged product you bought. Trust me this will help recover lost funds. I dont like to state these things but not everyone has a full understanding of policy. I will always work with you to arrive to a happy outcome. Just be relaxed and know I am here to make this as easy as possible.
