rampant and prices for provisions skyrocketed.. for example, Bacon that cost $1.25 per pound in 1860
jumped to $10/lb, by 1863; in Atlanta in 1864, a barrel of flour sold for $250.... very likely has some
connection, which would make the photo pretty rare.
